A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."
Q:"How much do you charge for an investigation?"
A: Primahq never charges for an investigation. I would also be wary of any organization that requires a fee.
Most reputable teams won't charge a fee.
Q:"If you see a ghost will it look the same as when it died?"
A: Good question. To be honest I've never recognized an anomoly that I knew in life or at time of death.
Q:"Will EVP's be recorded in language that was spoken?"
A: Generally, we think it will.
Q:"I have a picture of an orb. Did I get a ghost picture?"
A: Our team feels that alone, an orb picture can't be used as the sole evidence. The reason for this, is pictures of orbs can be caused by too many factors including, dust, rain, insects, reflections, etc.. Generally we need other types of evidence to coincide with orbs, such as EVP's, unusual EMF readings, Video etc.. before we consider orbs as evidence.
Q:"Why won't your team use a ouija boards in investigations?"
A: The short answer to this--Be careful what you wish for...It may come true. Personally I've never used one, but some stories related to me from other Investigation teams members, and users of the "game" all state. that nothing good comes out of it. Malicious or even evil spirits may come out in guise of a friendly entity and what I've been told are very hard to identify and get rid of.
Q:"I've noticed what I think is paranormal activity. How long should I wait before asking an investigation team to come in for an investigation?"
A: This would depend on the circumstances. If the activity is violent or malicious in nature, involving small children, feelings of fear or uneasiness, physical harm, I would say right away. But if you are comfortable in your situation and it does'nt seem to disrupt you then as soon as you would like
some verification.
Q:"What causes unusually high EMF readings?"
A: EMF stands for Electrical Magnetic Field. We feel that an anomoly can disrupt the field which gives a high reading in the immediate vicinity. For this reason we take EMF readings to spot any areas that may produce evidence. Things that naturally will cause a high EMF readings are fuze boxes, house wiring, electrical devices such as computers and T.V.'s, power lines ect...
It is also interesting to note, that some symptoms of a high EMF reading may include, nausea,
hallucinations, paranoia. Some people are more sensitive to this than others.
This is the reason why in all our preliminary investigations we take what is called a "base line reading",to identify any natural hotspots such as house wiring, fear cages, ect..

Q:"What is a fear cage?"
A: This is an area surrounded by high EMF readings. We find most of these areas are located in basements of houses, were wiring surrounds your location. This produces in some people the symptoms listed above. A quick EMF sweep can easily locate such areas.
Q:"Why did the chicken cross the road?"
A: To prove to the racoon that it can be done. (sorry 'bout that..had to throw it in : )
Q:"I've heard the term "funhouse effect", what does this mean?
A: The funhouse effect is caused by various things. Some of the items may include unlevel floors, and stairs, rooms with a lot of mirrors. These things can cause disoreintation, feelings of being pushed, being lost.
