Code of Conduct
1. Always act in a professional and respectable manner
2. Treat other members of the team with respect
3. Treat clients with respect
4. Treat clients property with respect.
5. Only go into designated areas as to clients request
6. We won't touch any of the clients property without prior consent
7. We will not tresspass
8. Client confidentiality is a must/only pre arranged information,photos ect...will be released or shared
9. Vandalism and/or theft on any investigation will not be tolerated.We will help law enforcement to resolve such an issue.
10. Leave investigation site in same condition as arrival
11 The use of alcohol and/or drugs in any phase of investigation will not be tolerated.
12. Safety of team members and/or clients is a high priority.
13. Work in at least 2 member teams in any phase of investigation.
14. We do not discriminate against race,religion,politics, or creed, or beliefs.
15. We always try and find a rational explanation and also try and reproduce any event in question
16. We will not charge nor ask for money/ or gifts for any investigation.

CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
We at P.R.I.M.A.HQ will at all times adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality. Our clients may set what level of information/evidence, we find or dont find, may be published publicy and at what level of contents.
Level 1----No information is released. Only to be discussed between group members (or if approved by client, between our group and another affiliated group)
Level 2---Generalize everything, refer to location as “Private Residence in (Town), Owner, Resident 1, Child 1, etc
Level 3---Full release, may give names, addresses, etc. (You still may only want to use first names or mildly generalize, no address, etc.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Investigation Procedure's***Pre interview with client.
***Basic preliminary Investigation,(with client) walk through of the site, noting any areas of clients interest and safety concerns.
***Research using various media's such as internet, historical records etc..
***Primary investigation
***Examination of all evidence
***Post-interview with client
All phases of the investigation will be discussed with client prior to any action taken by us. This will include Investigation Parameters set by client, Equipment that will be used, Times of preliminary walk through-research-Investigation-examination time line and time to meet with client for final report.
I would like to note the Investigation Procedure is a basic guideline on how we usually work. Disclaimer
***Due to the nature of investigations, we cannot guarantee we will find anything, nor will we claim anything is "haunted" till after all the evidence is reviewed.
***If we feel some sort of hoax has been set up, we will leave.
***Safety for Client and Team members is of the highest priority. We consider if any children are involved in any way, that this will take precedence over any other investigation.
***We are not Demonologist, but if we feel an anomoly encountered may be of such a nature, we will back out of investigation immediately and discuss with client, options they may take to resolve the situation, especially if children may be involved..
***We may if needed and after discussing with client, refer investigation to another paranormal group,
***We will not attempt to "cleanse" an area, unless asked for by client and only after discussing all options with the client first. Our primary purpose is to gather information and evidence and find natural cause of any anomoly
