After a brief meeting with all members present we ran through the equipment list and issued out equipment to the members then broke into 2 teams

Our first run through included Jody and Tennie, and Missy doing a walk through. They took EMF readings digital voice recordings and digital pictures. When They concluded their portion of the investigation, Greg and Scott went through taking EMF readings, IR thermometer,digital voice recordings, digital pictures.
The first team had sensed a presences at a couple different locations. The second team had noticed a variance in temperature at approximately the same spot as the first team had their feelings.
base temp, for the area was 56 degrees and the anomaly was at 41 degrees

Tennie--Mayflower Park: The heaviness in chest area at marker number 3. Just an uneasy feeling. Including a very cold chill as well.
Missy-- I was using the emf the only area that i saw any change in the reading at all was at the very back part of the park. As for the feeling i had .. at the back area i felt a heavyness in my shoulders and chest just a general feeling that i was'nt really welcome there . the only other place that i felt any thing was near the trail by the shelter house that Tennie said wasnt safe to walk on. i got the feeling that something was watching me from up there and my nose started hurting as if i had been hit as soon as we walked away from that area i felt fine again
Jody--On this investigation, I didn't feel much at all. Some temperature changes were noticeable in some areas, but otherwise, nothing out of the ordinary.
Greg--I didnt feel anything persay but did get, in a couple spots, some extreme tempeture differences. The latter moved to the left then to the right where I took a digital still.I believe this is the same spot that Scott got a couple DVR's
Scott--Mayflower
At Mayflower, I ran the DVR. I felt uneasy, like someone was watching us. The feeling seems to start, for me, right at the entrance gate, if not a little before. I was there 2 different times. The 1st time, we (Tennie, Missi & I) felt like we being watched. When we were waiting for the investigation to start, we still felt like we were being watched, we noticed a mist in the trees, & heard a twig snap. During the investigation, I felt chills in different spots (esp by a big stump. We took temperature readings & took pictures. We managed to catch an orb in one), & we heard laughter of children when there were no houses or other places kids could be. It kinda feels, to me, that whatever's there doesn't want us there. I think that whatever's there could be evil. I feel this way now after having heard the EVP's. I feel it was the growls & the voice saying "my park," especially, that now makes me feel that there could be evil there. I do feel further investigation/research is needed to be certain. For all we know, whatever's there could be just trying scare us off because they don't want intruders around.

While doing the investigation, the team was sitting in the parks shelter house. They thought they could hear things and recorded this EVP. I noticed that the voice mimicked Tennies voice. We have encountered this type of EVP in other investigations where the EVP will mimick one of the team members. Tennie was sitting next to Jody in front of the DVR and Jody heard something behind her when this was recorded.

I had a number of them here tonight. The first occurred right after the start of the investigation. I walked ahead of the group about 25 yards I stopped and heard what appeared to be a male voices> I couldn't make out what it was saying. I was close enough to the group that I could hear them also
The next one is I noticed what appeared to be lights moving in the trees to the east about 15 to 20 yards of me. Other members also saw similar anomalies
The next one I had was when walking back towards shelter house I felt a cold chill and an almost panic fear type feeling. I didn't mention this to any members of the group (till after wards for fear of "spooking" other team members) It was noted at least one other member had the same feeling in the same spot.
I also heard what I thought were light footsteps next to me when no one was with in 50 feet of me.
As we were in the car and leaving the headlights were shining into the shelter house. The car was running but we were parked. 2 members were talking when I though I saw a shadow figure move in front of the picnic tables in the shelter house. I didn't reveal this to the team till we were miles away from the site. Another team member mentioned then the fact they thought they saw a shadow figure near the shelter house earlier also..

This time out to Mayflower Park was a different story than the first investigation. It started out pretty uneventful, until we went to the shelter house. Scott and I were bringing up the rear of the team; the others were quite a bit ahead of us. As I was walking out of the shelter house to catch up to the others, I felt an extreme cold chill, heard footsteps right next to me on the right, and stopped in my tracks. I turned to see what was standing next to me, and saw nothing. I do not scare easily, but this felt like pure terror.

2 DVR's
went to the park to do an impromptu investigation. Due to the high water on the Des Moines River we decided to just do the investigation in the shelter house.
We did'nt capture anything out of the ordinary on equipment. The DVR recordings were contaminated due to recent vandalism and a lot of broken glass on shelter house floor.

Three members of the group heard what sounded like someone hitting the wall of the shelter house. We noted this because Missi was standing about 2 feet away from what we thought the noise came from, but she claims she didnt hear anything.
